Masato Ozawa - President Fuji Shoji Company, Japan

A select group of producers who grow Identity Preserved soybeans were recently invited to a meeting at Wheatley Elevators near Leamington Ontario, where they met with purchasers of their crops from Japan. Tours were conducted explaining how the IP soybeans are processed from the time they are delivered to Wheatley Elevators until they are bagged and ready for shipment to Japan. Growers heard presentations from guest speakers representing each stage of the growing and marketing operation.
